2. Data and purposes

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, message and confirmation that you have read this notice. The data are processed solely to reply, assess a possible professional engagement and manage any subsequent pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

With your consent, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events, in order to measure and improve the website.

3. Legal bases and retention

Communications are processed to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps, or for the controller’s legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence. Contractual and accounting data are retained for the periods required by law. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months. Analytics data are processed only with consent and retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property, normally for up to 14 months.

4. Recipients and transfers

Contact form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, the form delivery service used to send the request to the controller by email. Data may also be processed by authorised service providers supporting hosting, email and analytics. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting previous processing. Write to the controller at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

6. Changes

This notice may be updated when the website or the services used change. The date shown above identifies the current version.
